Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date your order is placed.

Depending on your location and order size, we may use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or another trusted courier.


Shipping Times

Typical delivery times (after dispatch):

  • UK Mainland: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy seasons or due to external courier delays beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery method.  UK Shipping is Free.
We always aim to offer the best possible rates while maintaining reliable and secure delivery.


Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking details (where available).
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress in real time.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

Additional Information

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Customs or import fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
